Uppa Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Effective: 1 November 2026

This policy is required by Washington's My Health My Data Act and by similar laws in Nevada and Connecticut. It covers only consumer health data: information that is linked, or could reasonably be linked, to you and that identifies your past, present or future physical or mental health. It applies to everyone who uses Uppa, wherever they live.

Zero Morphism LLC ("Uppa"), 647 Escuela Pl, Milpitas, CA 95035. Contact: privacy@flyuppa.com.

Our general Privacy Policy covers everything else.

1. The consumer health data we collect

We don't collect precise location, and we don't set geofences around health care facilities.

2. Where it comes from

We don't buy health data, and we don't get it from anyone else apart from Apple Health when you allow it.

3. Why we collect and use it

We collect and share consumer health data only with your consent, or where it is necessary to provide the service you asked for. You give consent:

4. Who we share it with

We share consumer health data only with processors who run parts of Uppa for us under contract. They may use it only to do that work for us, and never for their own purposes or to train AI.

We share with affiliates: none today.

We never sell consumer health data, and we never share it with advertisers, data brokers, insurers or employers. We share it with no third parties other than the processors above, and with authorities only where the law compels us.

5. Your rights

You have the right to:

  1. Confirm whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data, and see it, including a list of every third party and affiliate we've shared it with and how to reach them.
  2. Withdraw consent to our collecting and sharing it.
  3. Delete it. Deletion also reaches our processors and backups, as section 4 of the Privacy Policy describes.
  4. Appeal a refusal. Reply to our answer with "appeal". We'll respond within 45 days and tell you how to contact the Washington Attorney General if you disagree with the outcome.

How to use them:

Timing: we respond within 45 days, and may extend once by 45 days if needed, telling you why. It's free.

We won't treat you differently for using these rights. The one exception: without consent to health data, the app can't build a plan, so we'd close the account or keep it with no health logging, whichever you choose.

6. Changes

We'll post any change here. If we want to use consumer health data for a new purpose, or share it with someone new, we'll ask for your consent first.
